Protein Pancakes

[gluten + refined sugar free]

The best protein pancakes in my opinion with 30grams of protein! I have tried all the ways, and always come back to my OG recipe. Clean ingredients and macros on point! Enjoy! xo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup quick oats

  •  1/2 banana

  • 1 egg

  •  1/4 cup egg whites

  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • a pinch of cinnamon 

  •  1 scoop APHINA protein powder - code: MICHELLE METHOD

  • 1 tbsp ground flax 

  • Optional splash of plant milk or more egg whites if batter is too thick 

  • Optional blueberries or chocolate chips 

  • grass fed butter or coconut oil for pan/griddle

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all your ingredients in a blender. Bananas, oats, eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, etc. 

  2. Blend it all up. We want this smooth!

  3. Pour into pancakes on a greased pan/griddle, sprinkle optional blueberries or chocolate chips and cook until golden brown.

  4. Serve ’em up, top with nut butter and pure maple syrup and devour!
