Not at all! You are sent daily weekly workouts, and you can do workouts to however it suits your schedule! We have our private group page for any questions and accountability We make them quick and hard to get a maximum burn in 20-30 minutes!

Nope! All workouts are bodyweight workouts only, can be done from anywhere at any time! We also throw out bonus minimal equipment workouts for those that have equipment at home!

Yes! As we are not giving out individual plans, that is for our one-on-one coaching, we give out generalized nutrition and easy-to-follow portions, with a grocery list, tons of recipes including the Michelle Method Digital cookbooks and lots of guidance throughout the way!
