Healthy Honey Dijon Chicken
This recipe is still one of my best chicken recipes to date, it is a staple on our dinner rotation! Super easy, moist and fast to make, served mine with sweet potatoes and asparagus Enjoy!! xo
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound chicken breast/4 large chicken breasts
3 tablespoons raw honey
3 tablespoons grainy dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
Sea salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix together honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir well to coat the chicken in the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Or if youโre rushed just pour right over the chicken.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and browned! I served mine with sweet potatoes and asparagus!
